Hello, Illuminated Hearts,
This week invites us to work with fire in a different way. There is a call to be strong and steady, yet there is also a pull to hold our feelings with compassion. Within this energy, we’re invited to practice discipline while still showing kindness
The old saying about “catching more flies with honey than with vinegar” feels especially relevant now. When we speak or act from calm understanding instead of harsh reaction, the outcome can be completely different. Compassion does not make us weak; it softens the edges of strength in a way that allows growth.
Many of us already try to live this way in our daily lives, yet there are still moments when our humanity shows through. In those moments, if we choose awareness rather than judgment, we can see how much we have grown. We begin to notice that the changes we’ve been growing into are visible not only to us, but also to those we meet along our path.
This is fiery integrity lined with compassion. It reminds us that it is entirely possible to be strong and clear while also being gentle and kind—with ourselves and with others.
So this week, consider asking yourself:
How can I allow my strength to show while also honoring my own feelings and the feelings of others with compassion?
Sending strength and compassion,
Rebekah (RED)
