This may not be a time for immediate answers, but rather for noticing what is changing and allowing space for it to unfold without needing to fully settle it right away.
In moments like these, we may find ourselves considering:
What feels different in how I now see things that once felt familiar?
Where might I benefit from pausing before reacting to what arises?
What is beginning to shift, even if I cannot fully explain it yet?
